A native of Catalonia, Èlia is a journalist and a communication specialist with a focus on food and wine. While living in San Francisco, she gained the reputation of being an insider to the local food scene and was writing in local newspapers and magazines. She has also advised wineries, shops and other small businesses on enotourism and social media.
She has visited over 25 unique wine regions in 15 countries both in the northern and southern hemisphere and in edition to co-authoring a number of the guides, she has been the Editor in Chief since the inception.
